    Non-profit
    Business
    Management

We focus on non-profits, particularly small and fledgling groups that can’t afford a full-time leader, but would benefit from 6-8 hours a week of guidance to navigate challenges, identify opportunities and grow their organization.

Non-profits are unlike other types of businesses and come with their own rules, requirements and challenges. We’re here to help you make sense of it all and help you achieve the goals of your organization.

    How Sinke Consulting can help

We offer a range of administrative services including records keeping, IT services, human resources, marketing, website development and maintenance, keeping meeting minutes, and more.
We can look after the bookkeeping and financial reporting requirements of your non-profit organization.
We deliver member engagement services, including renewals, communications and promotions, employment records, and annual general meetings.

When should you call Sinke Consulting?

When your Board members are doing too much of the ground level work.
When your employees and volunteers are unable to meet the requirements of the job, or are retiring.
When your communications and promotions need a boost in order to raise awareness for your cause, increase fundraising, and attract more members.

    Executive
    Leadership
    Services

We are the bridge that brings business acumen and professionalism to non-profit groups, and brings the personal side of non-profit groups to business.

When growing a non-profit organization, or guiding one through its early stages, there are an endless stream of challenges to overcome, opportunities to consider, and tough decisions to be made. At Sinke Consulting, this is what we do. By providing part-time leadership or interim executive level support, we help ensure that you are able to focus on doing your good work.

    How Sinke Consulting can help

We can serve as an interim CEO/Executive Director and perform their duties during transitions, such as maintaining oversight on behalf of the Board while they focus on finding the next leader.
We’re there when you need us. We can provide part-time leadership on a contract basis to manage projects, coach new leaders, and oversee operations that do not require a full-time professional leader.

    Project and
    Construction
    Management

At Sinke Consulting, we are problem solvers. We bring fresh energy that motivates, re-frames problems as opportunities, and delivers solutions.

We help non-profits looking to build or renovate their facilities. By having a dedicated leader throughout the entire process, your organization’s staff and volunteers won’t be asked to overextend themselves or go beyond the scope of their abilities. With Sinke Consulting guiding the development project, staff and leadership can stay focused on their work and the work of the organization.

    How Sinke Consulting can help

We can help lead the Board and staff through the entire project, from concept development to the grand opening.

We will facilitate conceptual and brainstorming sessions, using the findings to inform the project planning.

We will help establish the budgets for all of the stages, and ensure adherence throughout the entire project.

We will lead the architect, engineers, and other professional partners that comprise the prime consultant team.

We will oversee the entire construction phase, continually monitoring quality, budget, and risk.
