We focus on non-profits, particularly small and fledgling groups that can’t afford a full-time leader, but would benefit from 6-8 hours a week of guidance to navigate challenges, identify opportunities and grow their organization.
Non-profits are unlike other types of businesses and come with their own rules, requirements and challenges. We’re here to help you make sense of it all and help you achieve the goals of your organization.
We are the bridge that brings business acumen and professionalism to non-profit groups, and brings the personal side of non-profit groups to business.
When growing a non-profit organization, or guiding one through its early stages, there are an endless stream of challenges to overcome, opportunities to consider, and tough decisions to be made. At Sinke Consulting, this is what we do. By providing part-time leadership or interim executive level support, we help ensure that you are able to focus on doing your good work.
At Sinke Consulting, we are problem solvers. We bring fresh energy that motivates, re-frames problems as opportunities, and delivers solutions.
We help non-profits looking to build or renovate their facilities. By having a dedicated leader throughout the entire process, your organization’s staff and volunteers won’t be asked to overextend themselves or go beyond the scope of their abilities. With Sinke Consulting guiding the development project, staff and leadership can stay focused on their work and the work of the organization.
Ours is a one-stop shop for non-profits, with a dedicated team of people that care, perform and bring value to clients in a way that is personable, professional and reassuring.
