Darren Sinke, MBA
Committed to helping organizations stay focused on their mission, Darren is a highly accomplished executive with a wealth of experience in the design, development and construction management of major capital projects, and the delivery of effective operational oversight. For 11 years he served as CEO of a non-profit seniors’ community. Darren is a committed volunteer in his community, a recipient of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Medal in recognition of Community Service and a devoted husband to Meagan and father of Will, Owen, Joni & Eddie.. In addition to family time, Darren enjoys playing golf and cheering for the Buffalo Bills.
Meagan Sinke
Meagan develops creative communications and marketing materials for our clients, as well as handling event planning for conferences, annual general meetings, education programs, and more. Meagan has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a wide range of leadership and volunteer experience in the non-profit sector. Meagan is married to Darren and the mother of Will, Owen, Joni & Eddie.
Cindy Panek
Cindy is an experienced business manager for a number of clients. Cindy is dedicated to creating efficiency and growth by streamlining processes within a healthy organizational setting. Cindy is a wife and mother of three. She is an avid gardener and is passionate about implementing sustainable and holistic practices in all aspects of life.
Allison Geusebroek
Allison provides financial management and bookkeeping services for small- and medium-size non-profit clients. Allison has a heart for community building and loves providing support to groups that are making significant contributions society.
